Our Work

Our Process

1.

Understand

Teaching and learning is a human-to-human process, always. We start by understanding the relationships that create trusted learning environments: the relationships to the instructor, to the learning goals, and to each other in a shared experience.

2.

Imagine

What is possible when we think outside the book? Learning is an organic process and teaching should be the creation of paths to our learners’ natural propensity for discovery. Let’s ask good questions, and find unique ways of “getting there”.

3.

Create

Now what? Building lessons means we’re embracing the goal of growing minds. What behaviors indicate core vocabulary acquisition? What chaos allows us to hear the learners’ patterning? What cooperation brings us into transferable sociocultural meaning?

4.

Build

Determine intention and build good obstacles for your learners to conquer. We value learning experiences over assignments. With a menu of creative options, your learners will fully engage in meaningful challenge, play, discourse, and discovery.
